• Assist travel agents and direct clients regarding reservations, changes and inquiries
• Provide information about the products we offer
• Available to work mornings, afternoons, Saturdays and also overtime when needed
• Issue electronic and printed documents for passengers traveling with Hola Sun
• Team Player, self motivated and able to multi-task
• Sirev/TTS knowledge is an asset

Requirements

• TICO certification
• Diploma in Travel and Tourism
• Travel industry experience is an asset
